Brainspotting is a brain-body based therapeutic modality designed to access, process, and release deeply held trauma, emotional pain, and other mental health challenges. By using specific eye positions to "spot" points in the visual field, Brainspotting helps clients tap into areas of the brain where trauma and distress are stored. This technique enables the brain to bypass the conscious mind, reaching deeper emotional and somatic layers that are often difficult to access through traditional talk therapy. Brainspotting is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and performance issues, and it promotes deep healing by allowing the body and brain to process unresolved experiences in a focused, gentle, and natural way.
