Neurodivergent Community Group for Late-Identified Adults

At Embodied Life Therapy Center, we recognize the value of community and the power of connection for individuals who identify as neurodivergent. That’s why we’ve created a welcoming space specifically for late-identified adults to connect with others who share similar life experiences. Our Neurodivergent Community Group is designed to provide a supportive environment where participants can cultivate a deeper awareness of themselves, build meaningful relationships, and gain a sense of belonging.

Facilitated by therapist and Embodied Life Therapy Center’s owner, Jennifer Dodd, a late-in-life diagnosed Audhder, the group offers a space for connection, learning, and processing life as a late-diagnosed/identified autistic/ADHD adult. While this group is not a therapy or support group, it is a community-focused space with the intention of fostering connection and shared understanding among neurodivergent adults.
